Dzieło jednego z niemieckich przedstawicieli kameralizmu (od słowa "kamera" - urząd) czyli nurtu ekonomicznego powstałego w związku z kryzysem gospodarczym po wojnie 30-letniej. Celem kameralizmu było zwiększenie dochodów państwa i odbudowa gospodarcza.
